This tool subtracts your stated reserves from your personal completion receipt. It does not calculate tax, establish relief eligibility or assess affordability. Later payments may also create tax obligations.

What the calculation does

Available now = personal completion cash − tax reserve − unpaid personal fees − other commitments. If reserves exceed cash, the worksheet shows a shortfall and no available surplus. Fixed later payments and earn-outs are displayed separately and are never added to available cash.

Use the personal cash attributable to you after company-level adjustments. If a limited company sells assets, proceeds belong to the company first; this worksheet does not calculate the money that can be extracted personally. Fees already deducted from a receipt should not be entered twice.
